Free repairs?

When you purchase a Permanent Jewelry piece, we offer ONE free repair to the fused jump ring with in 30 days of purchase. If the chain breaks after purchase, you are responsible for the repair price.

Can you Remove Permanent Jewelry yourself?

Short answer is yes; however, we do recommend you have a Permanent Jewelry expert remove it for you to ensure that jewelry isn’t damaged and can be re-fused on when you're ready!

How old do you have to be to get Permanent Jewelry?

As much as we would love for everyone to have Permanent Jewelry, we require you be at least 13 years of age. Between the ages of 13-16 we require a parent or guardian be present.
